Q: How long is my child’s play session?
A: Your child can enjoy All Day play!
Q: Can I drop my kids off unsupervised?
A: Children under 12 must have a guardian present. For children over 12 it is the parents responsibility to determine maturity and ability to remain unsupervised.
Q: What is the latest time I can come in?
A: The last admission will be 1 hour before closing.
Q: What forms of payment do you accept?
A: We accept cash and all major credit/debit cards (AMEX, Discover, Visa, MasterCard). We do not accept checks at this time.
Q: Can I hold my fundraising event at Off the Wall Kidz?
A: Fundraising efforts are welcome at Off the Wall Kidz. Please contact our Events Coordinator at fundraisers@offthewallkidz.com.
Q: Do you serve food or alcohol?
A: We offer a variety of food options and refreshments at our Full Snack Bar. We do not permit outside food or drinks. Please see a member of our staff if you are planning a birthday party. Alcohol is not served or permitted.
Q: Can I bring my own party decorations?
A: We do not allow wall and ceiling decorations; however you may bring balloons or table decorations.
Q: Do you allow pets?
A: Sorry no pets please! Service animals welcome with proper identification.
Q: What is your age range?
A: Off the Wall Kidz is geared towards children aged 2-8 but highly enjoyable for young toddlers and preteens!
